The centerpiece art for tomorrow’s sports section was supposed to be local little leaguers. But the game has been rained out because of a massive downpour and the sports desk is scrambling to find something to replace it with.

I suggested we take all that Evan Almighty art that we ran in the features section not too long ago and just run wild art of an ark in the water. Everyone just looked at me funny.

Sometimes I just don’t feel appreciated here at work.
