I used to be all against Rob Zombie doing a “reinvisioning” of the classic John Carpenter flick Halloween. Remakes and sequelitis just make for some bad movies. Just look at Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan. Only Nail Gun Massacre and S.I.C.K. come to mind as worse movies.
But the Myspace page and the YouTube trailer have me singing a different tune today. Now, Aug. 31 is marked on my calendar.
