Common Sense

Many of you know that I am a House nut. I love that show; I think it is the best thing on television right now. Even better than the new Sorkin vehicle and many of you know that I love Aaron Sorkin’s writing.

Anyway, Laurie is being interviewed by Leno right now and I went over to the TVs to listen and the British accent always throws me. I know he’s British and I’ve heard it many times before, but still, the character I think of when I see him on TV doesn’t have that accent. It feels a little like meeting Richard Dreyfuss in real life and finding out he only speaks Portuguese. It just seems weird.
