I have been lax of late with the blogging, I know. I didn’t even wish you guys a Happy Halloween yesterday, even though many longtime readers know that is my favorite holiday. A holiday that’s all about watching cheesy horror movies and eating candy, how could I not like it better than Christmas?

A few updates about me.

  1. I’m still a cripple.
  2. I joined the iPod revolution with my own Nano yesterday. I know that I have railed against them in the past, but now I spend a lot of time sitting down and I need something to do.
  3. Speaking of, I’ve carried my House copying to a new level. I now have my own Ball of Unknown Origin that I play with using my cane. I’m getting really good at tossing it up and catching it with my spare.
  4. I’ve been thinking a lot about national races and I will write down some wildly overconfident predictions for those Friday.

Other than that, nothing has changed. Well, I met Maureen Dowd this weekend. She was signing books in Austin on Sunday morning and I made a trip down there to see friends. I’m planning another trip for election night, plus I’m going to both Edwards and Taylor parties that night. Busy me, huh.
