“I’ve had it with all these motherf-ing snakes on this motherf-ing plane!”

That’s the line that the fans wanted and that they reshot the movie to add. All because this film gathered all its momentum months before it hit theaters from the Internet.

I’m only going to say two things about Snakes on a Plane, mostly because I’m sure you don’t care about plot points. Number one, this movie is everything it promises to be. They don’t try to make it a drama or switch characters around. It is all about the snakes and the plane and what would happen if those two things were to come together. There are funny moments, there are suspenseful moments and there are some shocking moments.

Don’t forget, they went back and earned that R rating. Don’t take the little ones to go see this unless they’ve already seen mommy’s fake Double Ds.

The other thing is that this movie wouldn’t have worked if they had changed anything. If the name was changed, we wouldn’t have seen it. If Sam Jackson wasn’t in it, we wouldn’t care. If Keenan Thompson didn’t fly the plane, we wouldn’t cheer at the end. A perfect confluence of absurdity leads to a truly awesome movie time.

If you are not the type who likes cheesy horror movies, you won’t like this. If you like to have a good time at the movies, you will love this. I give it 5 out of 5 spitting cobras.
