Last week we told you about an exciting campaign event that is coming up in just over three weeks: Boot Scootin’ & BBQ II. This event is our largest fundraising event of the year and will also serve as our major kickoff for the final two months of the 2006 election! If you haven’t had time to take the opportunity to learn more about this event, we hope you will today.

Boot Scootin’ will be held at the Waco Convention Center on Saturday, August 26th from 6:00-9:00 in the evening. We are thrilled to have confirmed as our special musical guest a Texas legend, Gary P. Nunn. Two years ago, over 750 people from all corners of our district attended this event and we expect to have a similar turnout this year.

Host levels for this event are available from the Silver Spur ($2100) to the Ranch Hand ($100) levels. By serving at a host level you will receive a set number of tickets, reserved seating at the event and listing on the invitation and/or at the event. Individual tickets for this event are being sold for $25. To reserve your tickets today, simply click here and fill out the order form.
