If I had not said it before, I am going to the State Democratic Convention in Fort Worth June 8-10. I’m the delegate from my precinct. I also plan on voting for Glen Maxey for state chair.

If you are attending or if you’ll be in Fort Worth at the same time, we’re having a Bloggers Caucus Friday, June 9, at the Flying Saucer in Arlington. We’ve set up a great number of speakers who are seeking office or already hold one. We’ve also got a lot of political types planning on dropping by. Come visit the cream of the crop of the Texas blogosphere, have a beer and maybe shake a few famous-for-Austin people’s hands. It should be a lot of fun.
