I know you’re saying to yourself “But it’s only Thursday evening.” Yeah, but tomorrow is one of my favorite holidays: Cinco de Mayo!

Before you get all twisted out of shape for me not celebrating Texas Independence Day with enough reverance, March 3 isn’t an excuse for me to drink my weight in margaritas and wear a sombrero in public. This is a festive day. Remembering the Alamo can get depressing.
